She can. The law that forbid Thai women married to foreigners from buying land was overturned many years ago.

Make sure the land has good soft soil so it is easy for her to bury you in the grave she may be planning for you there. LOL sorry couldn't resist

she can, but if your marriage is registered in LOS, you as her farang husband must sign in Land office this land is purchased for here money and you have no rights to it at any point, before she is allowed the transfer of land deed to her name
