Where To Source Kiosks From In Bangkok? / Good Printer

Hello All,

Does anyone know where to source or have built those little Kiosks you see in the shopping centers and Malls from in Bangkok?

Also looking for recommendations on a good, and of course low cost printer in central Bangkok happy to deal with small jobs (packaging, banners etc).
