I am just about,hopefully , to get my first extension based on marriage

Everything was pretty straightforward . Provided photos and we had a home visit

Just wondering if all the same infiormation has to be provided next year

Second time money in bank must be seasoned three months instead on two.

You will have to provide another set of photos too. Same format as before ie, you and mrs ROB5060 around the house, inside and out, kit inspection with wardrobe door open.

The second of sept I will go to receive my fourth extension , I did multiples O's

before this route .

- I never had a home visit , and till now still haven't .

- I never had to provide pictures , now I had to , just one family picture .

- I read I had to have a marriage registration paper , I went to got one , but she gave it right back to us , didn't need it .

All together it was as always an easy and pleasnt experience , all this was at Chiangmai immigration .

If over 50 (age-wise) one can do away with all the paperwork & house photo's by applying for a retirement visa, all one has to provide is the application form with the usual passport type photo, a letter from the bank stating the A/c balance, and copies of all the stamped passport pages.

There is one condition however, for the last 3 months (or thereabouts) one's bank A/c must show a balance in excess of THB 800.K
