My Filipina fiance and I are about to get married. She has been on back to back tourist visas from Laos for years. I am on a retirement visa and I understand that she can apply for some type of Thai visa (I assume non imm O cat) on the back of my retirement visa once we are married. Anyone have information on how to go about getting this sorted?

If you have a one year extension of stay for retirement she can use that proof along with marriage proof to obtain a non immigrant O visa entry and from that obtain extensions of stay as your wife from Immigration thereafter.
