Fight Near Kosa Hotel - Saturday 21St August - 10Pm

Asking here on behalf of a friend that's not on ThaiVisa.

Around 10pm at a shopfront 'bar' somewhere near the Kosa Hotel in Khon Kaen, a short fight broke out between two (?) people (farang vs farang), not sure as to the cause, doesn't seem to be any great injuries or follow through by police or anyone else. But my friend would like to know what occurred. They are not interesting in names but wanted to know the background and whether they were expats or tourists.
