International Development and Construction Project Manager

Over 17 years of Construction experience of which 10 years have been International. Living between France and Thailand, married last 8 years with Thai wife and has his family life in Bangkok.

Managing multi mix projects a from conception to closure (including 4-5 star hotels/resorts, condominiums, high-end villa resorts). Highly motivated, excellent leadership qualities with good business intellect and determination. Strong Aptitude and proven ability to manage both Developments and Projects and very much a Team Player. Expert experience as Executive Project Director, in Project Management, Project Development Management, Construction Management and Contract Management. Recently involved in the construction of Hotels, High Rise Residential, Retail and Shopping Malls.

Looking to relocate back to Asia (preferably Thailand, Vietnam or Cambodia).

Languages: English, French, Spanish, Thai.

Willing to travel. Available immediately (please note already have a Thai registered company and work permit, as most of my clients in Thailand, preferred to employ on a freelance basis due to the difficulty obtaining work permits).
