OK, here goes:

No TV, fridge, yes, telephone line, yes, separate kitchen, yes. You should know how to ride a motorbike, the apartment is on the ocean and 2 km from whithe sandy beach.

Look at the "Vorort" ? (Hm normally means a small town before a big town) and then make up your mind.

"White Sand Beach" will be a location. "Vorort" means suburb.
