Changing From Tot To True

As probably most users of TOT internet know that TOT are trottling downloads now and have been doing so for some weeks. I for one are fed up and sick of paying for a 8 meg sevice that gives me 2 or 3 meg most of the time. Also the crawling speeds of my downloads.

I called into the True Office in Phuket Town yesterday and was informed that they will have a cable service into Land & House next month. Before "I jump out of the pan and into the fire" is there anybody using true internet in Phuket and is the service reliable? I was told I have to sign a 1 year contract which puts me off a bit... but I take the view that anything is better than TOT right now.

I am using the 4MB...excellent...consistent speed, no outages so far....I only signed 6 months contract. After service superb...highly recomend ( In Kathu by the way)
