Alan, May I suggest you read the section on sole responsibility under the ECO guidance notes buried in the website, it is most important that your wife can demonstrate this part with sufficient evidence. I am in the process of waiting for my step Son's application at the second attempt and I would'nt want you to go through the same agony and heart ache we have been through because I failed to produce enough evidence. Good luck all the guys on here will help. Do not put in the application until you feel you can supply enough evidence in this department it is very important. Good luck once again !
