I would like to make a purchase from the UK, the trouble is the company I want to buy from don't deliver. Is there any way I can get an agent to deal with everything from that end, picking it up, packing it and sending it? Its a big bulky item so will need to be sent via container.

Does anyone have any experience of this or know of a good company I could use?

The more import question that you should be thinking about is, what are you planning on importing and have you checked with your customs broker about estimated import duty & vat and to ensure that no import permits are needed...
