270 Marines sent to the troubled south of Thailand

SATTAHIP: -- A unit of Royal Thai Marines is on their way to the south of Thailand to relieve other units who are coming to the end of their tour of duty. A ceremony was held at the Marine Corps Unit at the Sattahip Navy Base, led by Rear Admiral Sombong, Commander of the Royal Thai Marine Corps. 270 Marines are on their way to bases in Pattani, Yala and Naratiwat Province. Family members and friends were there to send off their loved-ones.
