Company Description: We are an American gold and silver jewelry production company registered in the state of Nevada and fully own our Thai factory through the Thailand-USA Treaty of Amity.

Thai offices are composed of 2 adjacent buildings (four stories and five stories) in the heart of Bangkok's gem and jewelry district on Suriwong Road approximately 250 meters from Silom's Jewelry Trade Center and Holliday Inn.

Job Description: The Customer Support representative will work closely and follow up with our local customers.

She will also be in charge of sourcing materials, outsourcing of work and developing/maintaining our suppliers network.

Major Responsibilities:

· Taking orders from our local customers

· Follow up on production and workflow

· Develop and maintain suppliers network

· Plan and supervise purchasing of materials and outsourced work

Candidate Specification:

· Ideal candidate will be self motivated, able to work independently and well organized

· Must be familiar with Microsoft softwares such as Word and Excel

· Will be able to communicate in English

· A Bachelor degree is desirable

· Must be a Thai National
