Your best bet may be the Kasikorn bank at the Transport Center.

Not sure where the transport centre is but ill have a look on the airport's website.

SCB and TMB have exclusive banking rights in the main passenger terminal building. Assuming you need to deposit THB into a Kasikorn account you'll need to find a automated deposit kiosk (not an ATM per se) or staffed branch. There is a huge banking complex at the transportation center, with all major banks represented but I have never been inside so cannot comment on hours of operation or if there is a deposit kiosk. The Kasikorn Bank website will allow you to find the services you require.
