My question would be, why both ไท and ไต้ I think it should be one or the other (and I don't know which, to be honest). Other than that, it looks fine to me.

I dont see the need for, ใต้ before เกาะพงัน.

I would write it as follows,

Assume you are posting from inside Thailand, other wise change ประเทศไทย to Thailand if posting from overseas, dont know too many farang postal workers who can read Thai.

I am unsure how "Baan Tai" is really pronounced. You can check it with the resort's staff.

The rest is O.K.

Looking on Google Maps, and if I can read the font properly, I think it's บ้านใต้. There also seems to be a ต. บ้านใต้ on the island too.

If your search is reliable, หาดบ้านใต้ will be correct.
