bus over bridge to immigration. [20b]

minivan to vientienne. [200b]

bicycle to thai immigration - passport in. [50b]

minivan to thai immigration to pickup passport next day then onto the bridge. [200b]

bus over the bridge then bus to udon thani.[20b / 70b]

flew back to phuket. [700b]

everything went smoothly tho i did get a red stamp next to my visa saying..
To the OP...May I asked how many tourist visas you had in your passport? and had you previously been issued them all from Vientianne?

Thanks

i had many years of tourist visas in my passport. [from laos, kl, aus,]

i had broken them up with trips home but basically have been here on a tourist visa without working,

using the 6 month x2 visa cycle.

ive been pretty lucky up till now but as said, havent been working, so not acting outside the rules.

only spending my money here to help the thai economy.

Thanks I was just curious as I am thinking of changing my plans and just getting another tourist visa soon, but am wary as I have already had 2 from Laos so a bit concerned about getting knocked back
