I have four adults and 5 kids of various ages and need a hotel close within 5 year old running distance of the beach (supervised of course) for tomorrow night. One huge room or two large rooms - Thai style is ok or Western, Total budget 3,500 baht inc breakfast. I realise I may be refused some places because it's a one weekend night request.

My Thai wife wants to see what Pattaya is like - but no way am I exposing the whole family to staying in soi Bukaow or sois 6 to 9 even though I know they could get a room each within that budget off soi Bukaow. I can take her and her Dad by Songthaew to Walking Street for an eye-opener!

Any recommendations before 11am Friday 15th gratefully investigated.
