Anyone know where i can exchange Russian rubles legitimately in Bangkok without being ripped of by the exchange rate? Perhaps there's a Russian bank operating in Bangkok (or Pattaya) that does this?

Yeah ! shop around best but there must be banks in Bangkok or ring your embassy and ask them, there are places in south Pattaya because the place has a lot of Russian people there now, that was only last year.

Kasakorn banks are usually ok.

Maybe a Russian guy on the forum can help.
