When I became a member, In my state of heightend exitement, I asked for news updates to be sent to my email account. Now I realise I can read the updates when Im reading thaivisa, I dont want then anymore.

I have tried following the pinned guide on unsubscibing, but I cant seem to get it to work. My profile page just doesnt look like the one in the guide. I cant find the "my controls" bit.

What am I doing wrong? Can someone help?

The guide I made was for a different version of the IPB Forum, so it is now out of date. Someone will have to make a new one if they feel it's needed.
