Apologies if I'm kicking in open doors now but.....my True Vision went black last night and was still not working when I got up this morning.

There has been outages previously, but with much shorter duration.

Someone else having the same problem?

No problems with the dish in bangkok here. Maybe call them to figure out whats going on..

Unplug your decoder box and then plug it back in. Occasionally mine goes black (sat dish reception), box does not respond to remote control. I pull the plug and plug it back in and it's back up.

snap happens to us sometimes.,but ok here in Pattaya
