How Many Visa Exemptions Allowed?

Featured Replies

Can I come and go in the country within 30 days for unlimited times? If it's a land border I only get 15 days? And also, if ariving by air, do I need to show onward ticket?

There is no limit, although immigration might ask what you are doing in Thailand to make sure you are not illegally working.

Immigration very rarely checks if you have a return ticket, they leave it up to the airline. in Asia a lot of airlines don't check, especially the price fighters.

Mario, has that changed recently ? Does the 90 day with 180 rule still apply ? or is that now finished because they made border runs only 15 days stay ?

thanks

That rule has been abolished in Nov. 2008, instead you now only get 15 days when entering by land.
