I have three tourist visas in my passport: one from Khota Bahru (Jan 2009) and two from KL (Aug 2009 and Sep 2010). What are my chances of getting another tourist visa from the KL embassy in Nov 2010? It will almost be back to back with the one I got in Sep 2010.

They have not been reported to deny such applications so expect your chance is good.
