The Tour of Friendship will run from 30 April to 4 May with racing categories for all riders on road bikes including a category for the over 60s. In the past they have forgone a time trial for the older group but in 2011 this will be included. Search the web for more details. I've never ridden it but they tell that it's a great event, albeit held outside the auspices of the TCA.

His website specifically says he has nothing to do with it:

"This form will be sent directly to the organizer Titaree Tanakorn. For any enquiries please contact her directly ([email protected] / +66 81 820 8192). NeilPryde is neither the organizer nor responsible for any issues related to the Tour of Friendship 2011 R1"

He's just promoting his bikes.
