There is nothing to celebrate. The so called war on drugs has killed around 30,000 people in the last 3 years alone in Mexico alone. I dread to think what the total is for the world.

You consider that a success ? The sheer number of deaths has not made a dint in the trade it has just involved huge sums of money to try and stop it and many innocent people dead.

It is time for people to take their heads out of the sand and admit it has all been an abject failure.

Education is the only way to stop drug taking. Legalise the lot then tax and control it like prescription drugs, alcohol and tobacco. Spend the money saved from policing drugs on educating the people so they do not feel the need to take them. It is the only way to win!
