Looking for feedback and comments about todays cancelled venue at Woodford folk festival , Chesire, England.

A few hundred people normally attend this festival.

However they were directed to a small house in Wythenshaw.

Most people arrived and drove home, because of the congestion and chaos.

There was a lack of communication and organisation.

People travel from all over the U.K for this, what a dissapointing day.

Normally there is entertainment, thai boxing, dozens of thai stalls selling various produce etc.

Anybody know what went wrong?

We thought the Woodford Community Centre Loy Kratong event was next Sunday (which is the right date for it). We travelled to Paulden Avenue this morning to get a birthday blessing for our son, expecting the three resident monks and a n other and their friend, only to find the house and garden overflowing with people. All the food stalls were crammed into the back garden, with a couple of trinket stalls on the front driveway. There was also a group of musicians in the back garden playing amplified Thai folk music intermittently. Thai boxing? Been to a few of the Woodford events, but never seen that.
