Fortune Town Opening Hours

I've searched the internet and see 4 different opening and closing times for Fortune Town.

Does any know what time they actually open and close?

the shops start to open at 10am, but most of the shops just open 11-11:30

the best to go there after 12am, when all the shops open already

when they close im not sure, but I guess it same as the opening, up to the shop owners, I guess around 9pm

I would have to agree expect go after 12pm not 12am! I went there around 10am to drop my laptop at the Hp service center to get fixed and they were one of the few places to be open, best to go after 12pm.

As said it seem to be a one shift operation at most places so before 1130 or 1200 a lot of the shops will still be closed.
