Crash When Disconnecting Mp3 Player

Featured Replies

Ok, I've loaded up The mp3 player (RCA Lyra) and go through the proper eject procedures before disconnecting the USB cable, but as I disconnect, I get a fatal exception error. Any ideas?

Windows 2k. No previous problems freezing, or crashing.

You will need the following fix:

Copy ALL issue fixed where files were not being recursively copied properly.

MPEG4-ASP error warning added. These file types are not supported.

Fixed issue if an invalid playlist is encountered during playback, device now correctly returns to navigation menu.

Some people have commented that the on-line manuals are better than what is shipped with the hardware. You may find an on-line manual(depending on make) at:

http://support.radioshack.com/support_tuto...video/mp3-9.htm

Hope this helps

step 1 ) try yr usb thingy on another pc

step 2 ) try another USB device(prefably the same make/model)

atleast clear out wether yr mp3 player is faulty or problem wid yr pc....
