floridaguy Posted November 21, 2010 Share Posted November 21, 2010 Every year at the Queen Sirikit Convention Center there is a huge gathering at the lake in the middle of the park. You can't miss it. Last year there was a live band, lots of food and dancing, and of course the actual floatings. You can buy what you need there. It was very nice there.
