November 25, 201015 yr My Non O will be coming to an end Early December, I have managed to get 15 months out of it, and believe I can extend for a further 60 days based on marriage ? My nearest office is Phitsanalok, Can someone confirm the documents needed to acquire the 60 day extension Thanks
November 25, 201015 yr Yes, you can. You would need proof of your marriage (wedding certificate and entry in wedding register (Khor rhor 2 form), household registration book of your wife, copy ID-card of your wife, copy of you passport and arrival card, passport photo and the wife (and child) accompany you. There is no need for proof of finances. I don't know the particulars for P'lok, so you could have your wife cal to see if they have additional requirements, such as pics of you and your wife or a bankbook with some money in it.
December 3, 201015 yr Author Came back yesterday and got the extension, Copies of passport, photo page, non o visa, last entry stamp, and the arrival card. Also produced khor rhor 2 and 3, Thai birth certificate of my son, My tabien Bahn , wifes Tabien Bahn, wifes Id card. Really straightforward, was in an out within the Hour. I paid the officer 1900 baht by way of two 1000 baht notes, got a receipt, but no change was forthcoming, so I left it at that. Thanks for the initial advice Mario.
