A good selection for rent for bargain prices compared to the usual places where farangs decamp. Maybe a good option to do that, say a 6-month lease until you find your way around town and select something that better fits your needs? Our neighbourhood was really quiet about 3 years ago but is filling up rapidly (just outside the east ring-road).
