Corruption In Immigration

Someone I know recently had a direct experience with corruption at Immigration that worked out quite well for her. I would like to help others in a similar situation benefit from the scam, but I don't want to endanger my friend nor the helpful men in brown - any suggestions?

And please don't bother high-horsing on about moral principles - what a waste of time (TiT).

High horsing does seem to be frowned on by some on TV. It does seem as if you may be suggesting something illegal and that may also get a reaction. Good luck in your endeavor, whatever it is.
