New Signs At Pedistrian Light Crossings

Featured Replies

Now that the road crossing lights are working I have noticed bannners/ signs of the mayor (adorned in a work helmet) posed on a poster taking credit for the new project. These narrow signs are at every light post. Is this necessary?

They also have uniformed crossing wardens with "stop" signs, and drivers ignored them as well.

Are they necessary?

No - same as having pedestrian crossings with guys in uniform to press the buttons for the people crossing. <deleted>??

Just in case you don't know HOW to use a crossing they have kindly provided instructions :ermm:

WOW!

So they have pedestrian crossings with a uniformed man to press the button for you...and instructions just in case you or he forgets how to use a pedestrian crossing. Money well spent eh?

Lest we forget, I suppose. Wait till his Skytrain is finished, you wanna see posters?

Wait till some one gets killed while they are walking and some one goes through a red light as they do everyday and then see who will take the credit.

When the gaurds are not attending, especially near royal garden the cars ignore the lights.
