No lately daytimes only my torrent have throttle down to very low speed...

And night time back on full speed again . .,

This is in Central Pattaya Area..... how does your 3BB torrents do daytime this days ?! . ,

For two weeks only Internet for minutes a day. Same - Central Pattaya. I call them every day - they just tell me tomorrow. Nobody ever calls. If I ask when I will get my Internet back they just stop talking.

Its enoying ., was fine before.., maybe kicks back soon again ! ., at the moment 9kb/s on torrents ., usually 1.3mb/s . .

Still got a good signal of my 12Mbits connection,

on newsgroups all day about 350 kb/s but after 6 pm it slows down to 20 kb/s. torrents all day about 80 kb/s but after 6 pm it also slows down to 4 kb/s. This is Pattaya South.

Same here in Chiang Mai, around 10 Ko in the day and full speed in the night. Indy 8M/1M package. Don't know about Premier package.

I don't care much as I download torrents when I sleep.
