Great forum with solid information. I've searched but could not find an answer for this question.

I was issued a three entry tourist visa in Los Angeles with the last entry required by Mar 20, My first 30 day extension expires on Jan.11 and I plan on flying to KL on Jan. 10th and have another 60 day visa issued upon re-entry to the Kingdom which would expire on or about Mar 10.

My question is can I do another trip to KL before the expiry of my second 60 day tourist visa on Mar. 10 and return on my 3rd entry and get another 60 day tourist visa issued?

If you want to make use of the third entry, better leave and re-enter before March 20th. (the 19th) No problem that you did not use the full 60 days, no such requirement.

At the end of your third entry you can get an extension of stay of 30 days for 1,900 baht from immigration.

Just make your 3rd entry before the above date to get a new 60 day stay.
