I will be leaving Patong real soon and figured someone out there would want a studio apartment that is "in the zone" within 1km of Jungceylon and Bangla Rd, yet not too noisy.

Rent is 5500/mo + electric/water + 1500 security deposit.

It's not new, and because it's on the 5th floor so the water isn't always strong. But has air condition, hot water, and cable. The owners do fix things that go wrong. Never had a problem, though.

If you do not act quickly, someone else might get it. And he's full right now.
