Hello,

Can anyone recommend either a restaurant or market where I can buy some birds nest to try (either as a raw ingredient, or cooked, like in soup)? I'm not talking about the commercial sugared-down stuff that is advertised on every bus stop billboard ("Brand"), but something more authentic. Any suggestions? I live in Bangkok, but I am willing to travel elsewhere in Thailand.

Hi, you can buy it or taste it anywhere in China town

There are some shops in MBK that sell it also near the food courts.

saw some Chinese restaurants in Siam Square that offer that kind of thing last time I was there
