jonnyg100 Posted January 10, 2011 Share Posted January 10, 2011 Hello, Can anyone recommend either a restaurant or market where I can buy some birds nest to try (either as a raw ingredient, or cooked, like in soup)? I'm not talking about the commercial sugared-down stuff that is advertised on every bus stop billboard ("Brand"), but something more authentic. Any suggestions?
