Recieved Double entry Tourist Visa - Free of Charge. (Had 7 tourist visas, mostly double entry, and 17 thai entry/exit stamps in my passport. Was prior to this application travelling on a double entry Tourist Visa from the Thai Embassy in my home country, and had already stayed 120 days in Thailand (with a short Visa run after 60 days)) Difficult to get double entry Tourist Visa in neighboring countries? Doesn't seem so! J!!!
lopburi3
Most people do not have travel plans/tickets to show as they intend to remain in Thailand rather than travel. For them most Consulates will not be overly open to such requests.
