Soph
I just had chicken curry with pumpkin - as usual the pumpkin was delicious and as usual it left me feeling bloated and full after only a few bites. Is pumpkin good for you, is it hight in carbohydrate and is it the same over here as back at home, as usually when I see it in the market it is green not orange.
