The man putiing down his marker in USA Presidential history even as his White House days are winding down. Good decision to lift the restriction and blunt Russian and North Korea attacks and force Putin to the negotiating table. Joe is also busy with dispensing infrastructure funds as Trump pledge to erdicate those unspent fundings. Then it is off to Brazil to mark his climate legacy and the G20 summit to talk about climate change, poverty reduction and other global problems. Lame duck he is not. -

Best time of day for jomtien immigration?
The worst time (of the year, that is) seems to be when the snowbirds are in town and have stayed long enough to be in need of an extension. I'm not surprised that people aren't reporting long queues right now, but reported mayhem back in February. The worst time of the day now is probably still much better than the best time of the day in February. -

I'm sure you could find a print shop easier than spending a day at immigration.
