Best/Fastest Domestic Courier?

Featured Replies

Hey folks,

I have an extremely important package (work visas) that I need picked up from one location in Bangkok and delivered to another area of Bangkok. I need it to be same-day or next-day service at the most. Can anyone recommend the best option for me?

FedEx won't do intra-country delivieries, DHL will take 3 days (!), and I haven't checked on EMS or UPS.

Any/all suggestions greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Ian

Use EMS. Next day delivery in BKK and most domestic destinations. Safe and reliable.

Make sure you have the tracking number.

Thanks for the great info! The package is being sent on a Friday, to be received on a Saturday. Do you think weekend delivery will be a problem for EMS?

Thanks again.

just get to the post office in the morning and you'll be fine for over night delivery via ems most anywhere in Thailand.

In BKK most district post offices deliver EMS on Saturdays. Call your local post office to make sure.

Thanks folks, I'm really nervous about it. If it doesn't arrive next-day, it'll cost me $700.00 to rebook my flight to Korea. Can't leave without the visas!

So weekend delivery is definitely no problem?

Thanks for the reassurance!

Gotcha. Thanks.

In Thailand nothing is 100%, I have sent with EMS many times & it is not a guaranteed next day service even in Bangkok.

If you want to be sure, do it yourself because its bound to go wrong and your stuck!

Good luck
