The airport is open 24 hours. There is no external immigration service there. If asking about re-entry permits not sure of there hours - used to be 24 hours at old airport when allowed but have seen at least one report of it being less now.

I thought I had heard that re-entry permits are no longer issued at the airport, and that you have to go to the immigration center in town to get them. Anyone know?

They are available at the airport again, but officially only in emergencies. It still is best to get them at your own immigration office and not to rely on the service at the airport as everything is a bit unclear. But people now do seem to get them at the airport.

They have recently started to issue at airport again per airport web site and several reports.
