Investment Visa

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I am buying a condo in Bkk, but I could not find the information if the 10M baht required to apply for an Investment Visa is per person or per family (husband and wife).

Thank you in advance for any input in this matter.

It is for 1 person, but your spouse can apply for a visa and extensions of stay as a dependent of the person doing the investment. Children can only do this till they turn 21.

Believe that in case of an investment in a condominium you need the investment for at least 3 years.

2.5, under sub B (3).

Thank you a lot for the information and the link.

Now I have heard that second hand condos are not accepted.

Did anyone have an experience with this kind of visa?

I am starting to thing that it is too good to be true...

Only investments in new developments apply.
