Ask for Khun Kongfha - fluent English. They are friendly, reliable, middle-priced and I have no relationship other than as a very satisfied customer of many years. I'm putting together a 24pp + cover booklet half thai half english about how to ride the velodrome in Chiang Mai's 700 Stadium. It will be given away free in bike shops.
