MarvinBemand
I am married, however, a close friend has lived with a girl for 2 years (in Thailand) and is concerned about the "NEW LAWS" regarding Defacto relationships in Thailand. Has anybody got the latest information regarding Defacto Relationships in Thailand that were recently introduced in the last few months. It is his understanding that the laws had recently changed that defactos (in Thailand) after 2 years can take 50% of all assets. gotlost
Thailand does not recognize common law or DE facto marriage. Rumor on question.
soundman
And even in marriage, only assets that have been accumulated after marriage, have to be divided. Sounds like someone is feeding your friend porky pies.....
