buadhai
Anyone know which market this is? AFAIK there are no wooden houses near the main talat in Korat. However, since there are several markets, I wonder to which one the article refers?
Diggerbasher
I wonder if it was one of those "get rid of annoying old tenants" fires they have in Thailand.
buadhai
Just learned that the fire was in Pak Chong. Funny the article didn't mention that.
Jai Dee
Just learned that the fire was in Pak Chong. Funny the article didn't mention that. I just posted the article as a community service to you Isaanites Mike... I take no responsibility for the accuracies or inaccuracies of the content. As you know I have an active interest in Isaan... 'cos my dearly beloved comes from there.
buadhai
I appreciate it. I wouldn't have known otherwise. (I'm still in California.) Usually news articles in Thailand are pretty specific as to the muang. Just surprised that this one didn't say anything.
