The Visa is valid from date of issue.

The 90 day stay is valid from date of entry.

It becomes valid on the date of your entry.

attention, there is a limit to the time within you can make use of this issued non immi visa. It normally has to be used up within 6 months.

Upon entering Thailand , the visa becomes effective. only then and only thereupon.
