If you search this, the Red Cross Website will tell you...Residence Certificate et al, I have seen some cards with a photo.

However All that is needed is Your ID and a photocopy, obtainable next to their office.

Total time to issue carry card 10 minutes.

The office is only 30 metres from the walkway Robinsons to Rama IV..if you hop over the fence.
