KFC at Carrefour ?

Esplanade Shopping centres a couple minutes walk from the Thai Cultural Centre, plenty choice downstairs in there. Scoozi/MK/Fuji/noodles etc etc.

Or at the corner outside Cyber World theres quite a popular som tam restaurant, or at Robinsons theres a couple of restaurants to choose from.

Esplanade would be a good choice. There's a couple of better restaurants downstairs, or the normal MK's, Oishi, etc. You're inside and out of the weather quickly from TCC, and then you have plenty of choice.

Think no further. It has to be Esplanade.

Esplanade, Carrefour and Robinsons are all near the MRT stop and all over a number of places to eat.
