My experince with them is very bad.

What was slow but workable over a phone line now is impossible - the web cam, namely. They say it's a high speed.

The cam from BKK is not working any more. Receiving the stream from Japan is ok, but sending is not working.

2 months in, they are still trying to fix it, I'm getting sick of their incompetency.

Dial-up again?

its been like that for over 1 year, to much latency and packet loss for any apps which depend on QoS, this was why I switched to Cslox, which was ok for the first 3 or 4 months. Now a lot of Trues customers are jumping ship to CSlox who are not upgrading capacity to cope with this, so there also gradually, or should I say rapidly going downhill

I think KSC are probably the way to go, though they are a little more expensive..

I wouldnt have thought engineers coming to your appartment will fix this, its more likey due to the True core network being tuned with as much expertise as a bangkok bus
