plahgat
Hi! Will be landing in Bangkok on April 14 and just wondering if there still will be watersplashing in the capital by then or if it is only on 13th? If water war is still on on the 14th is it all over town or only in specified areas? I know in the South of Thailand 14th it's mostly all finished and dry, but never been in Bangkok during this time. Will be staying on Sukhumvit Rd near The Nana area. Plahgat
Traxster
If you are arriving on the14th,you'll be landing slap-bang in the middle of SONGKRAN, which seems to go for longer and longer every year.
Nisa
You should not miss it wherever you are but Silom Rd is a good place to go ... just hop on the BTS or MRT
kalseo
Yeah definitely there will be splashes. At some areas Songkran is starting on 7th of April, I see that this year celebration will be a longer than ever, take a look here: http://thailandtravelworld.com/festivals-events/songkran-2011/
