othersideofme Posted March 21, 2011 Share Posted March 21, 2011 Dear Reader's I got Non-imigrant ED single entry thai visa from my country for 3 months ( 16 july 2010 to 15 oct 2010) I came thailand on date 31 july 2010 and at the airport Immigration officer approved my stay till 28 oct 2010. Then I went to Thai Immigration dep for my Ist extension ( Ist extension validity 26 january 2011) Then i go for (2nd extension valid till 24 April 2011) Here I want to know about, How many ExtensionS I could take on my Non-immigrant 1 year ED VISA? 3 AND 4 EXTENSION AND AFTER THAT I NEED TO APPLY FOR NEW VISA? lopburi3 Posted March 21, 2011 Share Posted March 21, 2011 You do not have a one year visa - it was a single entry for 90 days and has been used. You are now on extensions of stay for 90 days each and should be able to continue doing that as long as school can provide the paperwork (believe several years or more).
